5 baths per packet if you use 1 cup of Pure Magnesium Bath Flakes per bath
10 foot baths per packet if you use 1/2 cup of Pure Magnesium Bath Flakes per foot bath
Bath Directions: Pour 1-2 cups of bath flakes and 1 dropperful of our Support Flower Essence Drops into a warm running bath and mix to dissolve. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Foot Soak Directions: Pour ½ cup of bath flakes and 1 dropperful of our Support Flower Essence drops into a warm foot bath and mix to dissolve. Soak feet for at least 20 minutes.
