The gift box is made from natural corrugated board that is fully recyclable and suitable for home composting. The lid is made with natural cardboard with a PLA (poly-lactic-acid) window which is harvested from natural corn starch and can be commercially composted. Bath Directions: Pour contents of bath flakes into a warm running bath and mix to dissolve. Soak for at least 20 minutes. Relax and enjoy!
Foot Soak Directions: Pour ½ the contents of the bath flakes into a warm foot bath and mix to dissolve. Soak your feet for at least 20 minutes.
Magnesium Spray Directions: Shake well before use. Twice daily apply 4-8 sprays of magnesium oil directly onto your feet or stomach (or into a cupped hand) and thoroughly massage in. If stinging occurs apply with a moisturiser or apply 20 minutes before showering and rinse off.
